After working with other national carpet & tile cleaning companies, Rick Smotryski started an independent company called Quality Counts in 1998.
Rick's commitment to quality, value and building long lasting relationships with his clients has slowly surged his business into one of the top cleaning companies in Sarasota and Manatee County. Rick went on to service Sarasota and Manatee County for 25 years.
Alex Mendoza is a local business owner, he is the owner of Ultimate Services Painting and Pressure Washing which has serviced Sarasota and Manatee County since 1999, his son Carlos trained and worked along Rick, eventually going on to open his own carpet cleaning business Ultimate Services Cleaning in 2020 which he named after his fathers company. The father and son duo were approached with an offer to acquire Quality Counts, taking over in February 2023, they decided to join skills and take over Quality Counts.
